Cliff 4

Located in Geroskipou, Cliff 4 is a contemporary residential building featuring six two-bedroom apartments. 

The project explores the harmony between innovative design and client vision, creating a unique and tranquil living environment.

The building's signature element is its graceful, curved forms, a direct response to the client's desire for a distinctive, modern aesthetic. 

These fluid lines wrap around the structure, defining its character and creating a sense of dynamic movement.

A key design principle was the integration of private outdoor spaces. Each apartment includes a secluded small garden, offering residents their own personal retreat. The top-floor units are also 

enhanced with private roof gardens, providing an elevated living experience with expansive views.

To ensure both visual lightness and practicality, the building is elevated on piloti, which elegantly frame the covered parking and entrance lobby. 

This design choice not only solves functional needs but also gives the building a visually open and welcoming ground level.
